This is my update to the problem of the finish peeling off all the chairs from my 2 year old dining room set purchased for 1500.00 from SummerHome. Just spoke to Tim and was informed that I could expect a credit on the defective chairs and just to go to their showroom and choose new chairs. This is EXACTLY how I would wish to have been treated as a customer! Great Job GUYS. Thank you very much. This has been a GREAT buying experience!
We got a GREAT deal on a lovely Italian sofa and love seat. Nice, kid leather, soft like butter. I am so glad I stopped in to have a look.
No wonder they are going out of business. I made a fairly big purchase and the help there loaded the wrong mattress on my truck. 1 was right and the other 1 wrong. That was their mistake. I called and got it worked out I thought but the guy never called me back to confirm the time so when I got the call on Monday by surprise, I was unable to leave my job. The manager called me late that evening literally screaming at me and telling me they would not deliver my mattress again. I couldn't get a word in edgewise on the phone with him. He was so rude and so unprofessional at me on the phone. I loaded both mattresses back up and returned them for refund. Would never reccmmend anyone to go there.

The store manager of this business is absolutely unprofessional and has ZERO respect for others!!! He treats his sales staff like circus animals and uses profanity in front of Customers!! I would NOT recommend spending your hard earned money at this establishment!!! I have never been treated so Poorly! In addition to poor service and lack of professionalism some of the furniture is stained, soiled and shows signs of water damage!!!
Great deals shutting down on the 21st so hurry.
