The associate claimed I was cool toned because of the red coloring in my skin....so, uh...ya. it was clean and lots of product, just don't expect a lot of knowledge about color theory
The staff treated me and my pal like queens. They showed us what they liked and were very kind.
Very friendly staff patient with questions and upbeat. Really enjoyed the layout and selections. I see the other review on here is knocking their entire score because they didn't have Mac but had a large selection of non-prestige items. I thought the ratio was very fair and about average true be told. I can't recall because it doesn't interest me but I thought they had a brow bar in place of a Mac counter in addition to perfumes/colognes. I guess it's about what you like. I found some items I've not seen in other Ultas before like a TON of Pacifica stuff. Products I had no clue they even made. Glad to finally have Ulta in Shallotte :)
Would give 5 stars but the fact that they don't carry Mac or several other popular brands like the other locations carry is disappointing. Why would you have a whole section for makeup you can buy at Wal-Mart or dollar general and not one of your more popular brands? I'll just make the drive across state line and go to the other locations. The 2 stars I did give was for the friendly staff.
