Went in to switch from another carrier. Has seen online that I could get free phone with service. Got a salesman with a bad attitude. Guy told me ..\almost free\, and gave a figure I would pay each month for the phone. I pulled up Verizon website and showed him the free phone offer. He basically blew me off . When I said I should probably just stick with my old carrier, he told me that I should. Used to be with Verizon. Won't consider going back again now

Recently bought two new phones and thanks to Justin it was a painless experience. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Could not have been easier! Also want to acknowledge Ryan who was my original contact at this store. He unfortunately was off that day ( I had called his cell) we went in but took the initiative to call (Justin) ahead of our visit, and was prepared. Unselfish teamwork!
