Josie is amazing !!!! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, I always feel like I’m catching up with a girlfriend for brunch! I forget I’m even there for a cleaning! She is such a blessing and I’m grateful she crossed my path! I would rather drive an hour to see her then go anywhere else! Nobody else can make poop so comfortable to talk about and I can tell she loves what she do bc no one can make someone feel comfortable while pooping but her! Josie you have my poop for life!! Lol

Yoga and Life coaching. I used to teach yoga there and I love the environment. I also used their services from prenatal yoga to life coaching. As a yoga instructor who cared about my clients I was hesitant to have others yoga instructors sub for me when I couldn't make it to class. I've had the same clients for years and each had a special issue that needed to be addressed. Meg was a perfect sub who knew how to modify poses and help them relax while opening them up to new challenges. When I told them I was leaving they were comforted to know Meg was going to take over. Johanna was the perfect Life Coach for me. Most of my life I've avoided therapy and counseling but I finally gave in and had Life Coach sessions with Johanna. Its been years but I still utilized what Johanna taught me. I feel more confident and in control of my relationships while at the same time I am able to reflect on how I treat people and the areas of which I should work on. Shambhala Wellness is holistic in their methods of healing and I would definitely recommend this center to close friends and family.
