Since I have no local Messianic congregation, I worship with them every Sabbath via Facebook Live, which starts at 10:15 MDT. They tape the service also so I can watch the tape later in the afternoon if needed. If I have a prayer request I can enter it in the comments. Someone follows up with me via Facebook or Messenger. The congregation is small and very friendly.
