Rarely answer the phone, rings and rings. Cannot answer any questions and always say \will call you back\ and never do. They are on time with the bill thou! Having service issues is no fun! I cant plan for a repair without knowing if i will face a huge fine or not. When i used 5gal of water per month or Jose and his 9 family members use 500 the bill is the same.

always rude, they charge you for paying online, their rates border on a scam. it makes no sense that 1 person will all low flow fixtures pays the same amount as a family of 9 whose fixtures are vintage 1930's.
