Horrible customer service, unless Jean is working purchased gold heart ring with initial engraved, the ring it self was pretty but it was not circular and cracked month later. They did repair on it at no cost but came back with small crack at top and cracked again month later in new spot. I'm not giving them no more money, I'll drive the extra miles and go else where to have it fixed very upset about it All!
