Before I started riding at Shanderhof Farm I felt like I wasn't learning anything new, but on my first lesson Renee taught me things I never knew I was doing wrong. I've only been riding here for a couple months now and I still learn things every time I ride. I would definitely recommend riding here if you are willing to learn, and give all you got... BEST RIDING LESSONS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

I've long wanted to learn to ride horses and when I asked around everyone said Shanderhof Farm is the best equine center in southwestern Vermont. Owner Renee Vanderwerken knows and loves horses and is a great teacher. Her enthusiasm and encouragement give riders confidence and feed their passion for horses and riding. I have thoroughly loved my riding experiences at Shanderhof Farm!
