The personal training is well formulated to achieve my goals, with both exercise and food. The facility was extaordinary with a very professional atmosphere. The instructor was personable and knowlegdable with a great deal of information that was injected throughout the course in a manner that was not overload. If you want to obtain the skills and expertise of either Boxing or Kickboxing in an environment that is not intimidating then Jason Drivas is the instructor for you.
