Yes you Are beautiful

I went to collect the money which was transferred under my name. The staff asked me to open my mask to check my face if it’s matching my EmiratesID, then she had the audacity to ask me what was the money for? Third she made a call to whoever it was and told me sorry we can’t give you the money?? Reason as per her it’s not on their system, when I kept asking her what was the reason, as per her basically the money was sent by different nationality!? Like come on find a proper reason at least... unprofessional service

I am not quite sure why a financial institute rejects a transaction to exchange coins to cash. Considering that, as informed, not related to COVID19. Perhaps staff don't want to bother and count the coins. Period.

I regret to for having purchased 1070 Chinese yuan from this branch. I had to pay them 602.50 for the same, when later on I came to know that I had only to pay 528.00 including charges for a 1000 yuan at another prominent exchange in Buheira Corniche inside a particular hypermarket.
