If I could give this company a -5 stars I would. Richard was very prompt for the sales call and the installers were on time. The problem is, the engineer wood they sold (6500) and installed scratches at the slightest touch, is hallow in multiple places, shows signs of discoloration, and is coming up off the floor after about three months. The installers also made several racial inappropriate comments while they were in my home. I called Richard when I first noticed the issues. Before looking at the floor he claimed I am making it up because I don't want to pay the rest of the money. After coming out he tried to offer some alternative explanation but finally admitted that the wood and installation was flawed and gave us a discount. Now after about 4 mounts the floor has severely scratched and broken because it came up off the floor. Richard is saying there is nothing he can do about it because he gave us the discount. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
