A frigid, snowy morning became a beautiful day as I became the happy owner of my ‘19 Honda Accord. Tom G was the professional, competent, man of integrity who gave me a fair deal. It was well worth the 110 mile drive to Sharp Honda in Topeka, KS. Thanks, Tom! I will start with the positive. I had a great experience in purchasing the brand new CRV. I returned for service due to some issues. In general Service area is very nice, customer service people are excellent..... But I had some service issues 1. The sunroof was making noises ( under warranty). They couldn't fix it after two tries. Instead I have grease marks on my ceiling. I can still hear the grinding noise. 2. The gas tank got punctured from something on the highway, we took it back for replacement. I paid full price, after 2 days the tank was replaced but when you insert a gas nozzle with coils the gas tank would grab the nozzle and would not release. This happened right after the repair while trying to fill the tank. My wife was told that this was normal and she forced the nozzle too much by the service manager, who had to come to gas station and take the nozzle out with the help of a knife. Since this is my wife's car I didn't realize what a pain it was till I tried to fill the tank. I took it back to Sharp Honda and found out they forgot to install a piece. I had to go back twice to get it repaired. Guess what, when I took the car back home we found grease marks on my leather seats. I still have free oil change there, I am not sure If I want to take my car back. My wife feels like if you are a woman you will get \blond\ treatment.. Not that I fared better as you can see from the grease marks from the last visit...

Bought a Jeep from Ryan this last weekend. Great experience going through the process of negotiating the purchase and offered a fair amount for my trade. The next day, a check engine light came on. Took it back to Sharp and talked with Robby in the service department. Great service center. They fixed my issue (thermostat so no way to know that was going to happen) quickly. 5 star service all together.

Could not recommend Sharp Honda enough to anyone who owns a Honda vehicle. Robby and Mark in there service department always go above and beyond with customer service any time I bring my vehicle in for both regular oil changes or the unexpected flat tire. They are the only place in town I choose to have my car serviced due to the outstanding customer support and quality of work. Thank you for being a service to the Topeka community.

Robbie, Mark, and Andrew takes great care of our cars . This is a cool place and even better with new dealership. I liked the paint in the bathroom better at the old dealership though. Parts Department is awesome thanks to Trevor.
