Called 72 Hour at 3:45am on a Saturday morning, got their customer service who I left my information with telling them my furnace isn't working. They said they would give me a call. 4 hours later I call again. Got the same CS person and asked for a call back. About 40 minutes later I received a call from Brian asking how they can help and that he could make a service call in less than an hour. By that time I had contacted another HVAC service company who was on their way so I ended up not using Sharp-Long 72. I expected a quicker call back for a 24/7 company but it was 4am on a Saturday.

Our 14 year old A/C unit finally gave out at 8:00 in the evening. We had a technician out 32 minutes later and he managed to get the unit going again (bad fan motor). We agreed it was time for an upgrade and purchased a new energy-efficient HVAC system that was installed 4 days later. We could not be happier. Lance did an amazing job. He was very professional and informative. He made sure I was informed on my heating system and my humidifier. We chose to replace the whole thing. They came out very quickly and replaced it and didn't leave a mess when they were done!

Prompt, Professional, and honest. Can't ask for more. Called for pricing on Friday afternoon, experienced sales person came by on Saturday morning! Excellent pricing and explanation of different systems. Install was exactly as described. We had one small issue a couple weeks after install, I reported it late one evening, it was fixed the next day.
