Recently got a new Job with the help of Laura and her team at a great company. I have had my various CV's on Sharpe's systems for a few years and during that time I have always felt that Laura and her team are very professional as they have only ever sent me details for Jobs/Roles that I am suitable for, based on my CV. As a client of Sharpe Recruitment for quite sometime now I can with all honesty say that I've never come across a recruitment agency in the north east that has a more personal approach to what they do than Sharpe has. Laura and Julie are both 1st class recruiters who always work extra hard to find a suitable position for anyone coming through their doors, for clients seeking staff to fill vacancies they work even harder, making full use of their impressive network in the North east technical scene. As far as technical recruiters go, they have amazing connections to almost every north east based I.T business, large and small it never ceases to amaze me how quickly they can find out when a vacancy is available anywhere. The final piece of the puzzle is the extent that Sharpe recruitment go to in order to build that network, from host world class events such as \DIBI Conference\ right through to providing support for local user groups in the tech community such as \NeBytes\ and get together's like \Epic Pow Wow\. Sharpe recruitment not only have a good handle on the North East I.T market place, but they are also personally known by and work closely with the North East I.T community at large. There's little reason why you shouldn't work with Sharpe recruitment for all your I.T staffing and/or Job hunting needs in the North East of England.
