I'm particular and even slight variations in my glasses makes a huge difference to me. The doctors are incredible. Dr Gail takes her time, explains and makes sure everything is carefully considered in each visit. In fact, her vitamin recommendation has seen improvements in my eyes. It doesn't get better than that! The staff is very professional and Patii is able to ensure my glasses are adjusted perfectly which is not easy with my sensitives. If you're looking for professional eye care, I highly recommend this in the ONLY place you should consider.

Sharper vision eyecare off brown Rd, is a horrible place. I have never witnessed such a lack of professionalism, and or compassion for patients. Not only did it take me two hours to get there after work, when we have a courtesy call to confirm they did not correct me if a different appointment time. Worse, when we got there the optometrist was still there but they said they could not see my 11 year old daughter who has been waiting for this appointment for three weeks, and told all her friends about getting contacts. Zero compassion or willingness to make an exception. I do not recommend this place to anyone. #trending #optometrist #sharpervisioneyecare

Changed provider to this office after several uncomfortable and awkward experiences at my previous provider. Not only was I happier with my vision after the first visit, but the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. In fact, I was very nervous about addressing an issue I had with my most recent order due to how this typically goes. The staff was both respectful and professional in addressing the issue. Despite the issue being completely my own confusion they were very nice and reassuring.

That was one of the best I appointments I've ever had everybody was very nice and they found me glasses that fit within my insurance seamless bifocals even I am so excited to get my glasses
