Excellent gym. Very well equipped. Just a couple of things that I think need improvement: *Higher kettlebell weights *Weight collars for ever barbell *More plate weights per barbell station. Benches decline incline etc. *More 45# bumper plates *Tighten cable on assisted chin/dip machine *Water fountain upstairs

Nice gym with many facilities for pure weights or crossfit style.
This place is top level. Very clean, staff is great and every machine/free weights you could ask for. Even have CrossFit style machines and bars. Best gym in Newnan!
At 9am, it's always clean and no waiting. That's what I love about BodyPlex
Actually a really good gym...staff is very friendly and seems to care...equipment was current and kept up with.
