Please do not visit this Hospital. Doctor is good but staff is very unprofessional and rude. Too much wait time, they always give wrong timings on the phone. And most importantly, totally money minded people here, which is not their fault, greedy-ness and selfishness is in the blood of Gandhinagar's people. A normal treatment like viral infections cost me around 750 which is too much. Most of the people are middle class in Gujarat, not everyone can afford to go to this hospital. Please train your staff to behave well and kindly revise your charges. Simple strip of Paracetamol does not cost Rs.40. It is available in 15 Rupees.

Rude behavior. As a patents relatives you are concert about the drugs side effect. I ask a question to doctor that if we are continuing the specific medicine for a long period of time, Is their any side effect? And doctor says Surf the internet and check...Is their any alternatives? What is this behavior? I do not recommend to take treatment from this hospital and from the doctor.

Medical repots are very costly.medical repots are not in trustable hands.they are send online medical repots it can be hack/changed it by self .doctor have political issues and problems with other state people. Doctor are committed for make money don't concerned about people health. Pharmacy staff accept only cash not online payments facility don't have audits. Less knowledge. Gandhinagar government hospital have facilities for 600 bads . In Private plot you can't open hospital. Doctor's have ego problem in gandhinagar. It's only happen when minimum government and maximum governance. Comment by flok reviews. Sorry.

The staff at this hospital are very arrogant and rude.They do not treat the patient politely. Calling a nurse does not come soon enough. Especially behavior of staff member Dr. Vasim at night duty is very bad and arrogant. Though the consulting doctors are very good. The problem is only with the staff who need to be taught a bit.

Worst hospital with last class staff even they do not know how to identify vain. Medical store service having own rules they not accept their own medicine back. They are giving medicine multiple of 10 tablets even doctor not prescribed. They are looting poor people and villagers.

You will not get appointment before 9.00am and 2.00pm and after that phone is constantly engaged ...like receiver not placed on phone. Appointment management staff is worst requires immidiate attention by hospital authority.
