We had our cars shipped by SOEX recently and the experience couldn't have been better! They handled the cars with the utmost care, literally with kid gloves, using lots of protective coverings within the vehicles and handling the exteriors with careful attention. The customer service was professional and accommodating. Transport was fast and on time and the delivery process was handled with the same professionalism as pick-up. The transport truck itself was pristine and clearly well-maintained! The drivers were courteous and we couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience.

Absolutely delightful to deal with. Beth is a pleasure, very attentive and efficient made sure everything was as i requested. I had a Porsche turbo shipped from Florida to NYC in an enclosed trailer and then a jeep Cherokee from Texas to NYC exposed. Both arrived quickly and with no issues at all. Drivers are very carful during unloading and maintained contact with both me and the seller during pickup and drop off times and called ahead of time to inform of their ETA. Will be using again and would recommend for every type of car! ALSO for a small extra fee they took along spare parts ( rims, exhaust, etc)

I just received my car yesterday evening (6/18/2020). This is my first time shipping a car and everything went flawlessly. The drivers were extremely professional and polite and treated the car like it was their own. They didn't even put a single mile on the car!! Extremely satisfied with this company and I will definitely use them again if I ever need to transport my vehicles.

Extremely disappointed with this vendor which was actually a referral to me! First of all let me state that ultimately our car made it safely to it's new destination but credit for that goes to the sub-contractor/hauler. Dealing with this vendor was problematic from the beginning. I was under-quoted then over-charged. The vehicle was delivered practially three days later than promised with absolutely no proactive communication along the way. Shaughnessy's customer service experience was horrendous and specifically the "manager/supervisor" Jessica was very rude, condescending, and who's approach is the polar opposite of anyone who works in a customer support role. When I requested a call back from the owner (Mark Shaughnessy) she told me she would pass the info along and that he would contact me "at his convenience". So much for a customer first mentality! That was a week ago with no contact whatsoever. That says alot!

What a great experience !! I bought a one of a kind H1 from Arizona. I live in Michigan. It was almost impossible to find an enclosed wide enough truck to transport this vehicle until I called Shaughnessy overland express. They transported a Rolls for me last year and they were amazing. From the moment I got on the phone with them this go around was a wonderful experience . I would personally recommend them to anyone, Thank you Beth and team, I greatly appreciate all of you. The driver that dropped our car off Saturday was the same one as last year, and aimed to please - he was so close to us it was like a door to door experience!
