Very lengthy time line from appraisal to report submitted to lender. Took over two weeks.

Had house valued at 133,000 when purchased. Put around 20,000 into property. Had them appraise for refinance and they valued my property at 124,000. WTH.... my property lost that much value after 8 yrs and property improvements. I understand market values. But this is ridiculous. Would never recommend them.
