Great service from home visit with samples and instant quote to fitting. I had living room, stairs and bedroom done. Carpet quality was superb and has changed the whole look of the house. The two guys who came to fit were friendly and polite and chatted (socially distanced of course) throughout the fitting. Will go with Shaw's again when I have the spare bedroom done at a later date.

What a great company to deal with from start to finish!! Fantastic choice of carpets. Andre advised a selection after I explained which rooms I was needing new carpet for. His brother, David, came out to measure as each of the four rooms has a staircase which I thought would be awkward and create a lot of waste pieces.... I chose the same colour and was able to order a whole roll which was expertly sectioned to carpet each room without any waste....most impressed!! Each time the decorating was complete in a room, the team arrived to fit. In all of the rooms we had really high quality, professional fitting service. I particularly thank both teams of fitters who were a pleasure to have in our home. I will have no hesitation in recommending Shaw Carpets to anyone. Thank you so very much once again to you all. We hadn't bought a carpet for years and felt we made a good choice with Shaw's. Helpful advice, the right product at a good price. (We got 3 quotes and by a distance Shawas had the best combination of quality and price). Geoff the fitter turned up on time, was dead friendly, taught us something about the (rare apparently) hinges on our lounge door and did a great job. Will use Shaws again.
SHAW CARPETS - FABULOUS! Their service was amazing ... from choosing my carpet, advice and recommendation on selection, their measuring service, arranging the fitting days to suit me, to the fitting ... nothing was too much trouble, the service is brilliant. I had a full house fit which was carried out over the course of 3 days, the whole process was smooth and seamless. The fitters were fabulous... professional, reliable and friendly.. they go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a 5 star service from start to finish ️️️️️
We had our hallway carpet done before Christmas, the whole team did such an amazing job, that we're now in the process of having the rest of the house done. David was very knowledgable about the type of carpets we would need for different rooms, such as the office that would have a lot more wear, and even managed to pick out the perfect dusty pink for one of the bedrooms. Chris and Leon who fitted the carpets and kitchen floor were amazing, spending ages getting the kitchen floor perfectly level with screed before fitting, which has made a huge difference. As we are having the whole house done, they fit everything around our timetable. The value for money is incredible, this company truly are faultless, I couldn't recommend them more!
