The program BeeON Gestion itself is full of tools and possibilities but we have no way to exploit alll these because we have virtually no customer service. For a whole year they have not returned support calls and I have not seen a single reply to any of my tickets. I called to complain and there was no follow up on the complaint, appart from a friendly reminder to send the 5000 annual service fee to ensure sustained customer support. But why would I pay 5000 for support I don't get. After months of getting ghosted by customer service, we tried a new technique to actually speak to someone. WE said we wanted to purchase a new module to our program. Believe it or not, the following day we had somebody calling to sell us a new module. When we brought up the need for support we were eventually transfered to the same people who would not help us in any way. So now we're stuck with a very expensive piece of software which we can't even use 10% of it's full capabilities because we''ve been left to ourselves for the past 4 years.

The software is relatively easy to work with, but you can not call and speak to someone when you have a technical problem. They will ''create a ticket'' which can take 24hours to get an answer to. Techs want to close out ''tickets'' quickly which leads me to believe their compensation is partially based on number of issues resolved.
