One of favorite places to visit..only an hour and a half away from the Bronx, Went durning covid so not much to do indoors but snowtubung at fairway is nearby.. the 2 bedroom villa is the best..I have a connection with great rates to stay here..let me know

I will start off with the beautiful view of the mountains across the Delaware. I will follow that up with if you love steps then you will love this place. There are A LOT of steps if you are in the 2 bedroom suite, not so much if you are in the 1 bedroom. Also there is only one parking space per suite so you need to borrow the neighbors or park on the side of the road. Other then those the place was beautiful and the interiors were nice. The bathroom in the 2 bedroom suite though is layed out very weird and thus you need to strattle the toilet to close the door but there is a spa tub. Beds were very comfy and the enclosed porch was great for sitting and staring at the above mentioned view.
Never going back there.......the village needs to be re-built from the ground up. The village is hard to find, the map they gave me is inaccurate, I got lost, had to ask a local cop for directions. Windows should have a curtain to block the sun, but it only have blinds, and those are not appropriate to do the job. By 8am our room was so sunny I have to put a pillow on my face to sleep a little more. I also noticed spiders and spider web at some doors, also the bed is horrible, makes too much noise when I move. My girlfriend had a back-pain from it. Sheet bed was stained. The dishwasher wasn't cleaning the dishes well, we had to wash them again. One laundry room for 3 or 4 units, had to wait to do laundry. Parking spot is way too small for 2 cars. I got a nice view of the golf course though.
Beautiful place! Doing a great job with covid precautions!
Next year will be our 40th year coming to Shawnee on the Delaware! Love it here!
Large units but overall this place is dated. The rec area was fun for my kids. I don't know if I would want to stay again.
Amazing view of the golf course from the villas. The clubhouse always has something to do for everyone.
Exciting for all the family. Activities for all!
