Shaw’s replaced the air handler in my attic and repaired piping in my basement. Joe, Chris, Charles and Matt arrived promptly at the date and time we agreed to. They were extremely polite and professional. Sean, the General Manager who met with me and quoted the job, came out in the morning and explained the scope of the work so the crew understood what he been promised. They preformed the the installation with as little intrusion as possible. I’m very pleased with how the work was done. We had just had the interior of the house repainted. My wife explained this to Joe who reassured her that the would take extra care and not damage her new walls. When they left the was not a single scratch on the walls. I have used Shaw’s for years and found them caring, reliable and honest.

Shaw's installed a new heating hot water system. It is snowing and the wind is blowing. The house is warm and cozy. I have peace of mind it is a quality system and Shaw's did such an excellent job. They are one fantastic company.

I purchased a new A/C unit from Shaw’s for 12,000 but did not purchase an additional maintenance contract. When the unit failed over a holiday weekend they said that because I did not purchase a maintenance contract, the earliest that they could get to me was three days later, even though the unit was in the very beginning of the warranty period. Simply the worst customer service experience I have had on the Eastern Shore.
