I’ve gotten two motorcycles here, both times they treated me well and fairly. I’d say the second time I got an amazing deal even.
Always straight forward and honest, I've had allot of work done on my bike here and it's always been done in a responsible time and at a fair price. Their customer service is short sweet and to the point.
I’m done giving my business to this place and it is solely because of the bratty kid behind the parts desk. The older guy seems slightly less bothered to help you out than the kid does but they both seem so incredibly inconvenienced to help you out in any way. They act as though you should know everything about everything and they seemingly go out of their way to be unhelpful. I’m not sure how these guys stay hired there, other reviewers have the same problem with them that I did. The owner is a nice and helpful guy. Clean the swamp behind the parts desk.
I have purchased more than a garage full of products from Ken and Dave and have had nothing but good experiences with both. From time to time I do my due diligence and still find them to be very competitive. I have my products serviced there and again have had nothing but very positive experiences - they have a very good shop!! If you're looking for something for free - this probably isn't the place. If your looking for a good value, honest people and someone you can look in the eye - this is the place.
