I recently purchased as used Mack Pinnacle from Sheehan's and I couldn't be happier. The sales and finance staff made the sale unpressured, streamlined and painless, turn around time was faster than buying a car. This family business took the time to iron out issues and concerns on their time, going above and beyond all of my expectations. Any and all competing truck dealer would do best to take note of how Sheehan's treats their customers. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new or used truck.

I live in Chicago and purchased this 2016 780 sight unseen over the internet from Adam. Wire transferred money and truck was delivered to Michigan and i met the driver. Smooth transaction and truck is exactly like pictures and how salesman described. Very pleased with how smooth everything went.

Had appointment for service for 5pm. Already talked to service manager Rick as this is a long story issue with Webasto bunk heater. Arrived at 455pm and service manager left for the day and the Indian gentleman was very busy when I was waiting to see if he got briefed to the matter and to get the truck in...he was having an attitude with me for no reason so after a while I had no choice but actually leave, after not even stopping to eat, a long day of driving, bobtailing from Mississauga, to get this attitude. No follow ups from this issue, they don’t even have a computer where to enter / checkin, all he had was printings of appointments that he didn’t even bother to read even when I was there. We work hard to pay this trucks and we expect good service. If you can’t offer that then let someone who values customer service! Hire people that are willing to help. People that are enthusiastic. After all we are coming to you for help! Not to chat! Not to get attitude! We need help! This guy clearly doesn’t love his job or he was probably owner type attitude so he didn’t have the willingness to help at all but most importantly this appointment was set up by VOLVO complaints...so even more reason to do good. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was really painful as I had a long day to get there and I am really mad about this! It’s totally unfair! If you really cared about me as customer your service manager would have called at least to find out what made me leave. But you just care about google fame. Not customer service.

DO NOT GO THERE .I spent 23,000 on transmission repair from them and on the drive out of the dealership i start getting codes on my truck,so i bring it back after one trip and they denied that anythings wrong so my truck sat there a few more days ,I brought a trailer to show them and then they say oh the clutch is gone,after spending so much money the mechanic did not bother to inspect the clutch when doing transmission repair,the manager denied any mechanic fault for not properly inspecting it and said there mechanic glanced at it from far and charged me double labour and did the clutch and i paid another 1750 in parts and 1800 in labour because they like robbing customers of there money and time ,i am also waiting for core parts return of close to 3000 which they did not want to adjust in this bill or give me for another 6 weeks. They lied about the manager being off for 3 days and when i went to pay my bill he was in the back coaching his staff about how to be rude to me and Tell me that a mechanic that does a transmission repair does not look at clutch or any other components and the manager did not come to talk to me .All in all my truck sat there for 3 weeks ,i got charged labour twice because of The dealership mechanics mistake and i got disrespected and Im never going there again.after there dealership service shop experience ive decided im never buying a volvo again and im never recommend that anyone go there ever.DONT GET UR TRUCK SERVICED FROM THEM.THERE MECHANICS DONT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING.
