Thank you to the service manager James who was SUPER AMAZING, KIND, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS!!! Then technician Darren was beyond professional. The young lady was very nice and needs to be terminated for her lack of taste in football team. Lol!!! She was great as well. I hate forgot her name. She was so nice Great job Sheehy Waldorf. A breath of fresh air from my previous experience. I hate the drive but with that staff I will return.

After looking extensively for a red Ford Explorer Sport in our area we found this one. We decided to drive 2 hours Saturday evening (arriving at 7pm) to look at it. The vehicle drove nicely and we were assured that it was a one owner vehicle with a clean CarFax. We purchased it on the spot. The next day, in the daylight, we noticed several fitment issues on the rear of the vehicle. Upon closer inspection there has been significant damage to the rear of this vehicle including, but not limited to, replacement of the entire rear hatch and rear bumper. All of this work was done very poorly and we do not know how it could have made it passed the professionals at Sheehy Nissan unless they had knowledge of this and this is why they could not explain why the parking sensors would not work. BUYERS BEWARE!!
