You have to prebook,so i booked by phone.Because of virus restrictons they will tell you to wait outside,have a mask.On this ocassion when the paitent before you leaft they will then ask youre name .They will let you in and you have to antibacteral virus spray youre hands as you go in.It is clear perspex scrèen with staff safe.I was told to follow and was taken straight to dentist chair.i was downstairs.They asked formality questons like do you pay etc.The dentist then asked which tooth is the problem. He did standard things ie x ray teeth on my ocassion but only agreed to treat youre problem tooth,but it was said about future appoitment,i asked to be treated on 1 visit if poss ,it was.They injected as normal , i got 2 fillings at once ,very pleased as i did not really want to revisit ,ie because of the virus.They were very good for treatment ,they were masked and a clear head viser etc.There was no rinse at end but it could be again for virus reasons.They said do you agree to a virus consent decleration ,payment,they can do this for you,but you all so pay as usual with card on way out.Ask as normal if you need to rebook for more treatment.They open the door for you on way out,you can all so clean youre hands again before you leave.I would recommend dentist and staff,i would visit again if i have to.They are freindly and profesional.Thanks to you all

Bit of a strange one, but I suppose this will show how long I've been to see my dentist, but the outside and inside had changed, I walked past it a few times thinking this is where my dentist used to be!! Then I realised it had been revamped and a new company has moved in?? BUT I still cannot fault my dentist, always polite and welcoming, even in these situations I felt my health and the staffs health was thought off and appropriate measures where in place. Dr Biant (I think that's who it was I saw? Last time I went there was a lovely lady and she was there for years considering she was my dentist back when I was a child) was very calming, patient with me, I believe he could tell I was very nervous getting back in the chair (previous problem was wisdom teeth - now happening again - wasn't a good time for my mouth) but every decision made he made sure I was okay and checked that I was happy with the plan. I would highly highly recommend this dentist.

They are handling the Covid situation very safely and efficiently, and we can't praise them enough from the receptionists, to the dentist through to the technicians, everyone involved.

First time ever i had a good experience at a dentist, the guy i saw was brilliant, explained stuff clearly and best of all, no pain will be going back as soon as this covid is sorted to get whatever work needs doing, very pleased.

From the momsnt i arrived for my appointment the environment was very pleasant and felf very safs with covid restrictions the staff were very helpful and my experince of having a tooth extraction alrhough i was petrified the dentist was very sympathetic and patience
