Although the Clubhouse largely covers its own costs at the moment, it is not contributing a profit to the Sports Club. The agreement will see Abbeydale receive a rental income which will contribute to the club and allow us to make further investments on the site to the benefit of all members. Abbeydale will be making some changes to the building to help the new team and these include new toilets for use by members and visitors – something that have been needed for some time.
Great beer, can sit and watch the cricket, refurbished bar and patio.
Good no frills gym, socially distanced, of course!
Hockey facilities are great but carpark is dull when you have to sit there for an hour waiting for your kid to finish training.
