The other auto shop I talked to was asking for 200. Sheffield only wanted a scant 45! Not to mention the guy there is tall, dark, and drop dead gorgeous. Thanks gentlemen! *I'm 99.99% sure these nice mechanics did extra work on my car, just to be gents! thank you so much for the rolling windows--will make Summer way breezier! \u003c3

Charges high dollar for poor quality. Example: insurance claim-just prior to having a collision, I had replaced my LED headlights. After repair, yellow headlights. I had to return the vehicle after repair for corrections. And still, my vehicle has not been restored to pre collision condition. I was told I’d have to pay over 1000 to repair front suspension arms. Unbelievable! In addition, no gloves were used during repairs resulting in discoloration of interior fabric, interior components were left loose and displaced. One of the mechanics even suggested taking a part off of another vehicle that was stowed for repair instead of ordering a new part to accommodate my repair. Very disappointed. Go next-door to Maaco, you’d be better off!

They have had my son's car since early October and have done nothing to get it fixed and back to him. They kept telling him they were waiting on parts, then that it was almost done and when he went up there it was in pieces. Do not use this company if you want anything done timely.

I got in a front end collision about 5 years ago and took my car to this shop for repairs. During the repair process I remember them being really nice when I called asking about for progress updates. When I got it back my car looked just about better than when I bought it! Shortly after I got it back I did have issues with my horn not working properly, but because all their work is warrantied they had no problem fixing that issue for me. Other than that I didn’t have any issues with the repairs for a long time. Until around last summer the paint on my hood started to look like the clear coat faded. It seemed to get worse very quickly and was a real bummer. I called them up and again they stood by their work and lifetime warranty by letting me take my car back to them to repaint the hood. I don’t live in Tallahassee anymore and when my husband dropped my car off and told them we were paying out of pocket for a rental in order to bring my car to them they fixed it much quicker than we anticipated. Without being asked to do so I should add. Which was awesome, extremely considerate, and really appreciated. As stated above, I have had slight issues with some of the repair work they did but they earned five stars for their service and integrity. They stuck by their promises and that’s something you don’t find everywhere.
