To say that people are heaving to this recycling site would be an understatement. Its location on such a busy road makes the poor wardens jobs so difficult in controlling traffic entering and I've seen many people shouting abuse at them for just trying to organise the chaos which is sad to say they're just trying to do their jobs. The actual site itself is kept tidy and the different skips are well labelled. Only reason for the 4 and not 5 star is I personally find the staff there a bit rude and unhelpful. Could be just my experience but.....

Sorry found this centre not too helpful 6 staff on duty I got questioned if my last visit it was as I was getting rid of old boundary fencing, , someone a member of staff asked if I'd read the website to which I hadn't but did when I got home no mention of how many visits I don't go often , Also staff were not keeping distance or helping those that requested assistant to lift heavy items which I feel could have been done by wearing correct PPE gloves masked up would have been no trouble to them at all safe practice and this could help all customers to this site and move traffic on quickly stopping great lines of traffic out side the site and no need for traffic management to attend. Hopefully on my next visit will see an improvement and staff assisting the people instead of just directing them to bins or skips , I don't intend to pay and await for the council to come collect my items , when I am able to take to these recycling centers and as a pensioner and council tax payer I will not pay extra to have removed . No sorry not too impressed at my visit to this site .
Council wardens directing traffic total joke, no masks and speak close to car window, have imaginary rules (only one visit a day) where on the website does it say that? Wouldn't let me in even though this is my only day off and I'm a key worker, I pay my council tax and what do a get a pair of jumped wardens telling me what to do in a very unprofessional manner
