I Saw Ben today to fix a broken tooth a big thank you for doing such good job I can't even tell I've had a filling. Ben also fitted me with a crown a couple of years ago and went the extra mile to get the exact colour and material to match my other teeth it is perfect, he really cares about you as a patient.

I have just called to book an appointment due to issues with my mouth and have been informed I have to pay an additional 14.00 to cover sanitisation costs for PPE and sanistiser. I already pay 15.00 a month for care with BUPA. An absolute rip off by taking advantage of the COVID crisis. I fully expect that hygiene standards would be excellent in normal times and they normally would do a full sterile clean down and wipe after each patient anyway so to charge extra to provide a face covering and additional sanistiser is digusting.

Rubbish, Phoned up for my 7 year old son who had toothache. Was told he could not be seen that day ,No advice given on what to do or where to ring.I couldnt even make an appointment anytime soon,really unhelpful receptionist!!

Excellent! Took my boy as his dentist couldnt see him in an emergency. Everyone brilliant from the receptionist to the dentist and dental nurse. Harry has never been so brave. Very child friendly. That good weve moved from our old dentist to this one.

My dentist of 25 years retired last year and so I looked for a new dentist with the possibility of having a new denture made. My last denture was a disaster which resulted in me losing a lot of confidence when talking to people and smiling. I had also lost confidence in ever having a 'natural' denture made as my past experiences had been so bad and I longed for a dentist who would understand my needs and care enough to spend time with me. My dream came true when I found Eckington Dental Practice. I registered first of all as an NHS patient and had lots of work done on my own bottom set of teeth which was done by Debbie Houghton. I've never had such a sensitive and caring dentist who has genuinely cared about my feelings and my appearance. She has helped me to select the type of denture best for me and has bent over backwards to get it right, going the extra mile. I have been made to feel very special and couldn't have wished for better treatment. My denture is beautiful and couldn't be more like my natural teeth. I am so thrilled. The whole staff are lovely and I couldn't recommend this dental practice more. Thank you very much Eckington Dental!!!
