Had a fab full body massage at Essence of Health which was a birthday treat from a friend. Nancy made me feel at ease and she asked which of the essential oils I preferred. I went for invigorating scented orange oils rather than relaxing ones and they smelled lovely. The massage itself was great and I felt really good afterwards too - all the tension I’d been carrying in my shoulders was eased away. I’d definitely recommend Nancy - I’ve already booked in for my next one!
