Have never even used this company before, but had some concerns during this super cold storm front. Called who we have always used previously (fuller) and they aren't even answering calls right now. Glasgow answered, and gave me very helpful advice on my concerns. Will absolutely be using them for our future business, as they were the only ones available in the current time of weather crisis.
I needed a new package AC/furnace on short notice. I called them on a Saturday, met with the salesman on Monday, and had a new unit working on Wednesday. The people I met were punctual, courteous, thorough and conscientious about the quality of their work, which was first class. The price was reasonable and the schedule perfect for my needs. Small details, including cleanup afterwards, were well executed.
I had great success with Justin getting our AC unit working well, very knowledgeable and thorough. I recommend them very highly. I had good results with Dakota coming out back last year when our heat was acting up and he was able to get us back into a warm home. Thank you all for all guys have done.
