Very Quick and Easy Check In. Front Desk Clerk was Very Pleasant. Room was clean, location convenient. I highly recommend staying here in Sheffield Village Ohio. Bed is comfortable and shower is quite spacious.

I stayed here for a business meeting. While the hotel was very clean the business center was shut down which was a major inconvenience. I had to go buy a computer have my documents sent to Westlake then go pick them up then go back for a meeting. They're fire alarm went off on three different occasions. It was insanity. Cody the manager gave us points but it does not make up for the inconvenience and the extra 300 and some dollars that we had to spend that we did not budget for. Also the noise is unbelievable. People running up and down the stairwell all night to the hour slamming doors and no one can sleep with that kind of insanity.

The motel was wonderful and the room was great. Unfortunately, the employees are not as well trained in the Covid protection processes. Was walking down the hall when an employee came out of the laundry with her mask below her chin and breathed right in my face while saying she was sorry. I am diabetic and have heart blockages. Hopefully your employee did not kill me.

This hotel is awesome!! The staff are nice and friendly. Room was exceptionally clean! I highly enjoyed the set up of the room/suite! I COULD NOT hear hallway noise or people in the next room. There was NO evidence of any bugs and believe me, I was looking. This stay has definitely upped my standards for hotel stays! Price was very reasonable!! Easy to notice in traffic and highly recommend!!

If I could give more Stars I would. From comfort to exceptional staff and service all were top notch. Very clean and covid-19 serious. This hotel is now my number 1 pick.

Price wasn't bad, we booked two rooms next to each other. We had a seal on our door saying the room was "clean", but when we opened the fridge there was a pack of bacon and then the cabinet had opened bread and the bathroom a candy wrapper. Additionally there was a big jelly spill in the fridge. The second room we got simply didn't have a seal, and the door was proped open and the ice bucket was missing. We reported all incidents to the front desk and they just shrugged and wrote down the info. They didn't get an I've bucket, no discount, no apology, just "thanks for letting us know". The room and bed was comfortable, but the cleanliness and front desk attitude wasn't acceptable.
