Had a tech out to inspect furnace. Able to get a next-day on-emergency\ appointment, then a call that they were on the way, and an arrival right when expected. Tech was very detailed, didn't mind me observing, and did a great job explaining to me what he was doing and why. Appreciated that he stressed the safety first, as well as his desire to prove what he thought might be happening, rather than just going with his first thoughts. Felt confident in the work he was doing and the results he detailed. Got an immediate email receipt with work notes, pictures, etc to further detail what was done. Honest assessment of the situation and no pressure to do anything that wasn't needed at the time. Will definitely use them in the future for heating and AC needs.

I called Luxury Heating to look at my furnace, which seemed to be running continuously. The technician (John) came out on a Friday afternoon. He determined that a sensor was bad. This part was ordered and would be ready the following Tuesday/Wednesday. On Wednesday morning another technician (Andrew) came out and installed the sensor and also went over his other findings. They guys technicians that have come out for service work are knowledgeable and well trained. They keep you updated as to what they are doing and why they are doing it. Great Job!!
Everyone knows heating and cooling issues are a huge pain to deal with. My experience with Luxury made the process so much easier. They were professional and informative throughout the process. They went well above and beyond to make the repairs as painless as possible. When the time comes for whatever breaks next, they will be the ones fixing or replacing the problem. I highly recommend their service. High quality, transparent service at an honest price.
From the time I called the emergency number until the time Matt called back I experienced nothing but professionalism, kindness, compassion and excellent help. Matt was so patient and got us up and running in no time without coming out! When I spoke with Barb at the office to have her schedule a maintenance visit I experienced the same level of kindness, compassion and professionalism. My Mom was very happy (and so were her children) with the people at Luxury!!!! She has a \go to\ furnace company now which is a relief.
Had a humidifier installed. Gentlemen did a great job!!! We can really feel the difference in the humidity level in the house.
