It was a super fun experience. If you are into gemstones and don't mind getting a little bit dirty, this place is it! The gentleman that helps visitors is very knowledgeable about the various stones that you may come across. We came home with jaspers, emeralds, amethysts, quartz crystals, and rubies! There were several more, but I cannot name them all. It is a day-long adventure and worth every penny!

Great find!!! What a fun activity for our family. All the kids loved the ainbow buckets\ filled with wonderful finds. The starter buckets are awesome and can turn up some great gems. Staff is engaging and super helpful.

Dave is a great mentor, helping you ID rubies from junk. The native buckets were easy to work and we found several great rubies. 2 were over 12 carats and a \honker\ over 40. The native dirt is from behind the slice. If you want something different, there are rainbow buckets with a selection of imported material. If you can, purchase one of the UV lights he has as the rubies fluorese.

Drove to spend time at the Mine today. Arrived at 3:04. Rude man said we could not mine since it was after 3:00. They close at 5:00. After the way he spoke to me I am glad I did not spend any money with them. We wanted to go to this mine since we had been there 30 years ago. They were different this time than 30 years ago. Never again.

Outstanding! We highly recommend. We visited twice and found an 11 Carot ruby the first time and a 50 Carot Honker on our second trip!!! And then we bought a 100 Big Bucket and hit the motherlode with Enriched gems.... \u003c3 Don't waste your money on other \NATIVE\ mines where you will spend alot and only find a little...
