I've just used NM Products for the first time and ordered a spare magazine online for my new Artemis M16 air rifle. And I really can't praise these guys enough. Having already sent a faulty magazine back to a different retailer for a refund, I sent NM Products an email out of hours to ask a couple of questions. And although I placed the order on a Sunday, and also emailed them with my enquiry, I got a very quick reply from them. Even though It was on a Sunday when they were closed. So personally speaking from my experience I definitely wouldn't hesitate to use NM Products/Sheffield Air Rifles again. 10/10 guys

I was looking for a speed loader and 4.5mm shells from ASG, most websites gave me an \out of stock\ result or not very accurate results which can not distinguish 4.5mm from 6mm shells, until I found NM Products, I have to say the original webesite design made me a bit worried, but I decided to give it a try anyway. Things have not arrived yet, but I am extremly impressed by their efficient service, it is just a 40 order, placed today around 14:00 and around 16:00 it had been already posted, this is not something you could expect even from some big brands. Definitely will order things from here again and many thanks for your fantastic service.
