I acquired my first pair of hearing aids 3 months ago, and have had 2 subsequent visits. Through it all, I have been very favorably impressed by the quality of the equipment and the expertise of the hearing specialist who helped me become accustomed to using them. As a result, they are now tuned to meet my specific needs and I am using them with great success.

It was near so I took my mom there. Was served and helped by Niki. The first appointment was great, we did the hearing test and the hearing aid was ordered . On the second appointment is when we encountered some problem. As she was adjusting and fitting , some how my mom felt pain radiating from her right ear. I honestly don’t know what happened . However , it just happened that mom had an appointment with her primary doctor afterwards and he checked her ear. He said there was something embedded in her ear canal . When I removed her hearing aid from her ears I noticed one of the ear covers that is attached to the receiver was missing . While at the doctors office I called and asked if they knew anything about this issue and Jennifer denied everything, they had no sympathy And what hurt the most she said even if it happened they can’t help me. The next day I expected a follow up call that showed some compassion but nothing .

I have been to 3 other hearing aid places in the area and so far, I like this one the best. The staff are friendly and quite efficient. I felt very welcomed and at ease. My questions were answered in easy to understand terms and I even ordered a new pair of aids even though the old ones weren't that old (I've gone digital (?) And automatic (they adjust on their own)). I am looking forward to trying the new ones. I am also looking forward to recharging them vs having to buy batteries all the time. (Ahhh... automation ) If you need a hearing test (catch yourself saying \what?\ a lot) and/or hearing aids... I highly recommend giving this office a serious look/see. You won't regret it and just might be amazed at all the sounds and conversations you didn't realize you were missing.

Great experience! Scheduled appt. for my mother, everything was explained, helping her through the process right from the start and continuing to help guide with any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend.
