local optician's who have helpful friendly staff, you get the whole package. The optician is very patient and explains the whole process which is good for anyone who is a little apprehensive or anxious especially with autism. The aftercare service is great compared to larger companies and they are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble, always pleasant and polite.

I visited here for an eye test last weekend, the test was thorough and all aspects of my optical needs were discussed in detail with Mr Hughes. Very kind and re assuring people who work here. No hard sell and a good variety of frames. I shall be returning here at the end of this month to choose some reading glasses. If you like the idea of good service and being dealt with by kind and decent people then I urge you to come here.

My wife was seen by Robert today and the service was first class. Never using specsavers again after the experience we had there recently and will be using Robert Hughes Eyecare for any future requirements. Definitely recommended.

Received poor fitting glasses , wasn't explained differences in lenses to make informed choice. Overall poor advice and product would not use again .
