It is a lovely place to walk into. Very inviting. The staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you. My stylist, Laura, makes me feel a million dollars when she has done my hair.
I booked a blow dry here and didn’t have a great experience. Walked in to find at least 6 staff members crowded around the reception desk all chatting and looking at their phones. They all looked at me vaguely and then finally located my appointment in the system. I was then given a gown etc and then had to sit in the middle of the salon for 15 minutes as there was no sink free. There are two hair washing sinks in the large salon which seems ridiculous. I wasn’t offered a drink and had to ask after 15 minutes telling them I was in a rush. When my hair was done the girl who did it was very nice and it looked okay. However normally my professional blow dries last a few days but the next morning this one looked like a fright wig. Also it’s cash only which isn’t publicised anywhere and seems odd in this age of everyone moving towards cashless. Dodgy if you ask me. Wouldn’t return.
Great service, Toni knows how to cut my very naturally curly hair and it always looks fab. They're also brilliant with my daughter. Highly recommend. X
Staff friendly helpful have time for you make you feel important
We were 9 minutes late to an appointment for my daughter for a colour and cut with Phoebe due to traffic in sheffield. Phoebe cancelled the appointment as she said that we needed to be on time even though she was running 40 minutes LATE herself!!!. I asked if she could still colour my daughters hair and not cut it or blow dry it to save the 9 minutes but she refused. Phobe was running 40 minutes late and took advantage of the fact that we were 9 minutes late to cancel us and get herself back on track!!! This has now left my Daughter 10 days before christmas trying to find an appointment with another salon even though she'd had this appointment booked for weeks.
Lovely staff and service :) such a great price too.
