Fantastic service from Rosestone. I had fixed seating designed and fitted plus my own chairs repaired and resprayed. I also bought some cross back chairs all in the same colour. My shop looks amazing and has gained many many fantastic compliments. I could not fault Rosetone in any aspect. They really did bend over backwards to accommodate me in less than 3 weeks. Just marvellous thank you

We were so impressed with how easy it was to order, pay for and arrange delivery/collection of the chairs we used for our wedding, not to mention the competitive price. Everything went completely smoothly. The chairs looked lovely and were extremely comfortable, even for our older guests. Thank you so much. Highly recommended!

Sadly very disappointed with this company. Pre sales advise and care very good and I certainly can not fault but demand full payment upfront which is where I should have known something was amis. Ordered a sample chair in the style and colour we wanted. We’re very happy so ordered 89 more obviously to match. When the 89 chairs arrived they were a completely different style to the ones we ordered and didn’t match the sample. We called and were told that the ones we ordered had been discontinued and we could either keep them or they would come and collect and take them back. I expressed that we had no chairs as we’d sold our previous ones but they didn’t care and was basically shouted at down the phone by the owner Michelle. I said that I would keep the chairs but I’d expect a 10% reduction due to them not being what I wanted. They refused this. So I’m left with chairs I didn’t want or order. Very disappointing!! Please Beware and do not pay upfront.
