I called the practice regarding my daughter yesterday I can't praise the practice enough not only did they call me back several times with advice and support they hand delivered a prescription to my home . What fantastic support and service, they went over and above and have contacted me several times today to check on my daughter.

After avoiding dental treatment for a number of years, I arrived at the Shefford practice quite a nervous patient. Although hesitant to go, Nikesh made me feel comfortable about the whole experience. Nikesh is an extremely skilled, caring and understanding dentist. His quality of work is impeccable and he has a natural ability to work with nervous patients. He quickly got to the root cause of my fear of going to the dentist and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. After avoiding dental treatment for almost 40 years I arrived at the Shefford practice quite a nervous patient as you can imagine. On a recommendation I plucked up the courage to make an appointment and have just finished a coarse of painless treatment. ALL of the staff here are most kind and efficient. A special thanks to Doctor Sam whose gentleness and professionalism was second to none.

Been using this dentist for over 10 year's. All the staff are very friendly and professional. I am quite scared and fussy when it comes to dentists. Sam is brilliant he puts me at ease and only does what is nessacary. Highly recommend. .
