Beautiful building and office, but staff is very rude, ignoring, like I came to their home without invitation. They drink tea while customers waiting for 20 min. The way they ask you question makes you forget why you are there. Except Mr Feysal who was helpful and kind to answer all the questions.

Never visited a government office with such a welcoming place. Everyone here is so keen to litsen our problems and do further procedure like real quick. Overall very good service and hospitality
