I so much just love this place. I have never found such a perfect place for total meditation of body and soul. How ever I must say that the meals are quit bland. I carry my own herbs and flavor additives with me on these such adventures I travel to. I also would advise you to bring some drink additives like sugar and tasters choice instant coffee. Sneaking them in is very easy and really helps with the daily activity.

My experience here was reinvigorating. I left inspired, hopefully with greater clarity as to some of my underlying perspective in life that can affect the depth of my happiness. It was a lot of hard work physically and emotionally. Yet in a great facility with awesome staff, delicious food, beautiful paths in the woods, all in silence made the personal growth all the more gentle. I left with new friends and certainly will recommend this experience to friends and family.
