Worst worst worst. In fact I don’t have words to describe this place specially the person/ receptionist sitting right in front of door. We don’t feel welcomed she seems to be the one not loving her job I guess. Overly mean & rude not at all helpful. We are totally disappointed with that. But I must say doctors are very nice. But it takes hours of waiting to see them finally. I request fast pace to kindly give some training to receptionist else it’s a big no.

This one compared to Fayetteville Tennessee is a joke especially when it comes to the staff who didn't know what pyloric stenosis was, nor the difference between a knee fracture and a leg break. And did not clear my son for sports physical when in previous years none of the above said pyloric stenosis nor the leg break he had not a knee fracture even though the nurse or the nurse practitioner knew what that was. Sorry excuse for a medical staff

The visit was professional and timely we. Received the prescriptions needed to help my dughter feel better. The entire staff was helpful and attentive.

Receptionist was horrible. My daughter has 2 insurances & I was told to be seen by dr is 135 & if she had a covid test it was going to be 200. That’s before any of my insurances. I’m not sure what she was trying to pull but I left & took my baby to hospital.

Slow, slow, slow. Been here for 2 hours to have a covid test done. Had several people who came after me get picked before me. Fast pace, more like slow poke.
