My wife and I ordered curbside on 2/6/21 the girl we spoke with over the phone was very nice and when we got there the guy that brought our food out was nice as well. When we got home everything we ordered was good but the chicken and fries, they had an old overcooked old taste to them. My wife was very disappointed and called to talked to a manager about the quality of the food he cuts her off to say that the ecipe\ changed recently that is why it tasted weird to her. After the manager was done with his presentation of this new never frozen hand made in house chicken ecipe\ he offered two vouchers on next visit and when my wife was trying to show appreciation and thank him he slammed the phone down hanging up on her. The manager never apologized for the poor quality of the food and we are basically done with the Outback in Shenandoah.

Visited: 29/Sep/2020 Dining Room open with occupancy limits, and mask required until seated at table. Take-out and curbside service also doing brisk business, which actually made my most recent Dining Room visit less crowded. Wait staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and overall mood is quite pleasant. Full menu currently being served, with the notable exception of gravy, and for some reason that escaped me, Salad Dressing seems to be rationed...but I did get more when I asked for it specifically. Good for individuals, families, and small groups. Reservations not needed at present, but they do have call-ahead service, which could be most helpful for groups of 6 or more. Clean, well stocked restrooms always a plus. Entrance/Exit to/from frontage road can get congested at high traffic times, so pack some patience. ...4 out of 5 tongues
Best outback I have had in a long time. All food was cooked to perfection. The delivery arrived within 15 minutes of ordering. My wife loves the skilet cookie which is usually hard at most outbacks. Today it was soft, edible and delicious. Thank you for a great meal.
Would like to say it was a great experience and food was awesome but it wasn’t. Had an appointment at 1:45 pm in the woodlands so we stopped at Outback to grab a couple salads and tea. Got there at 12:50 and sat down quickly since it wasn’t very busy at all. Ordered our tea and waiting 15-20 min to be able to order food. Ordered our Salads and waited till 1:30 to have them put it all in a to-go bag. My wife was out of tea for at least 20 min with an empty cup and we where never checked on. At 1:40 our food came out and we hauled butt to our appointment. When we got home we decided to have the salads for Dinner. Needless to say when it was dinner time we didn’t eat them since it was all wrong \u200d️. If we just would have had decent service I would have been just fine and understanding. But it seemed that no one really cared.
Delicious. We ordered curbside and the food came out very good. I love the cheese they use for the broccoli. The staff was friendly and nice.
