龍崗地區還有不少客家圍屋的留存，鶴湖新居無疑是其中的代表，想了解客家建築及風俗文化等，絕對要來鶴湖新居/客家民俗博物館 展示的資料頗多，但如果能安排人員解說(例如，定時安排解說)，相信訪客會有更大收獲
