I have never come across a more unprofessional company. I tried to switch insurance but it led to one calamity after another. They give incompetence a whole new meaning - do not use Shepard Yes - please do! I am still waiting for Yolanda at Shepard Insurance in McAllen to contact me

Shepard Insurance not only got me the exact coverage I was looking for, but even showed me what I needed for this area without selling me rather instead they took the time to educate me, and I'm now paying less for my home insurance than ever! They really did get me the right coverage at the right price. I also love that I'm not having to deal with some 1-800 stranger, I'm dealing with friends.

They decided to raise my rates up just cause I was away from due to my job for a couple of months. I told them my wife still resides there while I'm gone but decided to raise my rates anyways.
