Super happy with the team here! Alex helped us land our 2020 Tiguan, and we love it! Throughout the process, everything was low stress and casual. Arriving later that day, Luis greeted me, remembered our conversation on the phone, took care of my issue quickly and at a *very* reasonable price. He also made me very comfortable while I waited, and, as I was on my way out, answered some very technical questions with both technical detail and personal experience.

Bought several new VWs from here. Great experience with those. However don't buy a used car from this place. They are rust bucket auction cars from Canada. They just slap a bunch of paint on the underbody to cover up all the rust so you can't see it. Not sure after this past experience I'll ever buy another car from them. Very disappointed...
