Really love it at Fat Als. I had 1 to 1 training with Ali and he really knows his stuff. Gave me real knowledge about how everything in your body works and made sure I understood everything we were doing and why. I was able to see real clear results from his guidance, training and advice and I'm looking forward to getting back on training with Ali!

Attend here for my PT sessions... Ali is super knowledgable and his gym is well stocked with just about any piece of equipment you could want! Nice changing rooms. Easy to park outside or around the corner.
